Protecting Kate – Dark Horse Inc 1

ProtectingKate3

Trent Dawson, horse trainer and ex-soldier, would rather drink a cold beer in the Kentucky shade than return to a life of danger in the desert sands. He has his horses, his farm, and a few good buddies. Life is good.

After a painful divorce, Kate MacDonald traded in her heels for an old pair of cowboy boots and she couldn’t be happier. Life is golden until her ex appears, asking for a favor. Finally free to live her own life, she happily declines. When a little danger turns to murder, she may be in over her head.

At a charity auction Trent smells trouble and his good intentions get the better of him. He bids a small fortune on a damsel in distress. It turns out there’s far more than meets the eye to the former Ms. Kentucky and their chemistry is off the charts.

And the only thing standing between Kate and her worst nightmare is Trent and the men of Dark Horse Inc.

Cover Reveal June 5th

Every time I look at my latest cover, I’m over the moon with happiness. I’ve sat on it and my “Secret Project” for a while now. Things are coming together quickly and I’m setting up for a June 16th release date. This is my first self-published book and I have had some wonderful advice from some incredibly helpful authors. But if I hit any bumps in the road, those bumps are all mine.

Anyway, to cut off the excited rambling that I always do when I talk about this project, I’ll make my point. Stop by Friday for my cover reveal. I’m dying to show it off and tell you a little more about Protecting Kate and my new series.
